As an experienced Board Director and CEO, I am known for my effective and accountable leadership and strong track record in strategic oversight, governance excellence, and executive management. I am a lawyer by profession, and have served numerous NFPs in various capacities including as a Board Director, Chair, CEO, In-House Counsel, Volunteer and active Member. This practical experience underscores my understanding of both the commercial realities of an issues-rich but resource-lean organisation and the complex regulatory and governance landscape in which they operate.
